HP Deskjet 3057A e-All-in-One Printer - J611n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, after changed my Wi-Fi password 2 days ago I am unable to connect my Deskjet 3057A to Wi-Fi. It only blinks and is not connecting. There is an indicator saying that there are no wireless networks?! It's a pity, because the printer is recognized by HP Print and Scan Doctor, unfortunately this program is not able to help after typing the IP of the printer. I've tried to factory reset the printer and reset network on printer - nothing has worked so far... Could you please tell me what to do?

I understand you have issues connecting the printer to the wireless network, let us try to fix this. Try the steps below-

  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

If the issue persists, print a Wireless Network Test Report, and then follow any instructions on the report to troubleshoot wireless connectivity problems.

I connected the printer via USB cable. Works perfectly now. I just don't get it why after changing password it lost ability to print via Wi-Fi (completely lost signal after only a small change), but nevermind. Thanks for your reply. I will do you a favor and mark this as a solution for your effort 🙂
