I too have this problem.
My fritzbox is set to WPA2 +WPA3 security and all of my connected devices EXCEPT the HP Envy 5530 are connected.
Temporarily lowering the security level and the printer works.
Back to WPA2+WPA3 and the printer is a brick.
I cannot print from any mobile device or my desktop PC
I subscribe for ink and that regularly interrogates the printer over the internet but now cannot link as the brick will not connect.
What is the timescale if any as to when the printer will be updated to facuilitate this security protocol.
Thank you

Hey,
It sounds like your fritzbox is similar to my router. While temporarily lowering the security level will works, it isn't a robust, long-term solution.
You will probably find your printer will work only on WPA2 or lower.
I too subscribe to the HP Ink but of course, it needs to access the internet.
The only way my situation is workable is to maintain the main or private network in WPA2+WPA3 and the guest network on the lower WPA+WPA2 setting.
I also doubt HP is going to bother with a firmware update given the ENVY is so old, but also, I don't know if the Envy's built-in hardware is even capable of WPA3.
RC.
