I am setting up a new HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One. Everything was going smoothly until I needed to use the touchscreen to setup the Wi-Fi connection.  Some of the keys on the screen respond and others do not.  Is there a fix to recalibrate the touchscreen so all keys work?

I understand you’re setting up your new HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One, but the touchscreen isn’t responding properly when entering Wi-Fi details. You’d like to know if it can be recalibrated.

 

Here are the steps you can try:

Power reset – Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, wait 60 seconds, then reconnect and restart.

 

Check firmware – Install the latest updates using HP Smart or from HP Support. Sometimes firmware updates improve touchscreen performance.

 

Clean the screen – Gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust or smudges that may affect touch sensitivity.

 

Try safe placement – Place the printer on a stable, flat surface and avoid using it while charging from a low-power source (like a laptop).
