Hello,
I've had my HP OfficeJet 4655 for a few years, and it has been printing completely fine until I moved it today and accidentally unplugged the power cord from the printer (not the wall) while it was on. It became disconnected from my wifi, and now it will not connect to my wifi at all. This is the process I've been trying:
1) Go to Wireless Settings
2) Toggle Wireless to On
3) Selecting my wifi network and entering the password
4) Getting an error that says "Unable to connect to the network."
Everything else on my wifi network is connecting fine and operating as normal. I've also tried to do a factory reset on the printer twice which did not work and seemed to make the problem worse -- it still doesn't connect to the wifi and now my computer doesn't have a printer listed in its devices.
Let me know if I can provide anymore information -- thanks in advance.
Update: I took it to my friends house and it connected to the wifi there just fine, but it still won't connect here.
All my other wireless devices are connecting to the wifi at my house, just not the printer.

SOLUTION:
MAC address filtering was enabled on my wireless router. If you have trouble connecting to the wifi with your printer, you can print out the test results page and it will give you the MAC address of the printer.
Take that address and go to your router page (just type in the router address in a browser page, it should be on your router and it'll look something like this: 000.000.000.000). You can either try to disable MAC address filtering (it looked like it was already disabled on mine), or you can manually add the MAC address of the printer. It may differ router to router, but mine went like this:
- Navigate to "Wireless"
- Scroll down to "MAC address control"
- There should be an option to "Add Device MAC Manually"
- Enter the MAC address that the printer gave you in the test results page
- For some reason my wifi temporarily went out when I did that, but I was able to reconnect my computer with no issues
Once the MAC address has been added to your wireless network, go through the Wireless Setup Wizard process again and it should work. I hope this helps anyone else who has this issue.
