I have recently switched to a different internet provider (Sparklight). I am able to find the wireless network, but it says it does not have any security type (it is a password protected wifi connection). The printer will not connect.
It is worth noting the printer did connect to our previous internet service provider without any issues. I have tried resetting to the default settings.
