I couldn’t even be more frustrated! I have moved house, no longer have my first connecting laptop and have a new phone. I have tried absolutely everything to reset this stupid printer but nothing works!! All I want to do is connect it to my new WiFi and new phone but it will not work. I have ink in my cartridges that it won’t let me use because I am no longer enrolled in instant ink, so I can’t print any of the technical pages it says I need because the cartridges are now blocked by HP and I can’t re enrol in instant ink because I can’t connect to WiFi! This whole setup is the stupidest thing I have ever known!! I’ve tried everything on the stupid support pages but none of it works. I would have to pay £18 for the ‘luxury’ of talking to someone on the phone because I’m no longer in warranty.

LIKE WHAT?!?! Why do you make this so **bleep** difficult!!!

I just want to reset the printer to factory settings so I can change the saved WiFi!!
