Love my HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP, but since my son-in-law changed our router/modem from NETGEAR to GOOGLE NEST, I haven't been able to print anything. At first, it was printing everything our of tray 1, the feeder tray, (which is a hassle because of having to feed individual pages) yet when I researched the places I know to look, everything was highlighted as tray 2, but no print. Now, when I select a document to print, select print key absolutely nothing happens; it doesn't even make it to the queue. I am an old lady with very little tech savvy and I am lost and my son-in-law can't figure it out either. After reading the help topics and answers on-line, I'm no better able to resolve the issue than I was before. I thought it might be a driver issue, but quite frankly, that information was over my head and I was a little afraid to even try the pieces that I think I understood. I'm so upset, because I don't know what to do and being on a fixed income, I can seem to find anyone around me that I can afford to take a look at it. I have so much tax information that I need to print in order to save a copies of those items the IRS says we should copy and I just don't know what to do to fix this. The printer (wireless) has been such a wonderful tool which I also use for my volunteer work at my church and I'm also really behind on that also. Is there anyone who may be able to assist me. I will really appreciate it. Thanking you in advance!!!

@im4gltr2,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Officejet Printer not able to print anything since changing routers.
I have a few recommendations
- Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer Control Panel simultaneously and hold them from about 5 seconds.
- This should reset the printer to network default.
- Use HP Printer and Scan Doctor. It is a diagnostic tool for Windows computer that can scan and fix any issues with the printer.
- You can reconnect a previously installed printer to the Wi-Fi network if you purchased a new router, changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP), or changed your network name and password. Click on this link
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
