I have up to this point been able to scan to email from my HP 8500 printer. Now it suddenly stopped and even though I have confirmed my username/password is correct, it gives me the error, "Username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid.". My email is through Microsoft 365. Checked the port and SMTP info and it is correct. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone experiencing this as well and has anyone had a solution?

This may occur due to security changes of your email account.
Please try using an app passwords to connect to your email account and check if that may work:
