HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a number of issue related to a new wifi router, I finally have the printer back up and visible by Web Services (errors from windows troubleshooting and HP Print doctor, and downloads to update drivers failed, etc.)    All that is now FIXED and HP Smart on my laptop shows the printer on the main page/ink levels settings, etc.

I want to enable Print Anywhere, and the instructions to enable it direct you to go to the Account Dashboard.  The dashboard says there are no printers added to my account yet!  My home app page & my account online at HP.com  clearly shows the printer there too.    What am I missing!  Some hints say to 'add' the printer but it already is!   Help appreciated!  Thanks

I fixed it! - I went back to the online account on HP.com and played around with the device under my account - think I 'added' it despite the device showing already.  Whatever I did changed something.  I re-opened the app and now it shows I have a device attached to the account.  I guess I will ask another questions (after searching some) because the account dashboard does not offer the "Solutions"  that will allow me to enable Print Anywhere.  Perhaps mine is too old.
