HP office jet pro 9025 username password locked

My HP office jet pro 9025 has the username and password locked so I cannot change the ip address of the printer.  what do I do?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

The default username and password for your printer would be blank or admin for both username and password.

However, if you still have issues try performing a factory reset on your printer and check if it helps.

LCD control panel

1. From the product control panel, press the Setup button.

2. Open the Service menu.

3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.

The product automatically restarts.

Touchscreen control panel

1. From the Home screen on the product control panel, touch the Setup button.

2. Touch the Service menu.

3. Select the Restore Defaults option, and then touch the OK button.

The product automatically restarts
