HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP laser printer that is out of warranty. I have done every thing I cant to get in touch with them about my printer. I have  never been able to talk to any one at hp about what I could do. I have tried the HP  print scan Dr with nothing that helped me. I also tried HP support Assistant  no help.  I even found a place on the HP site  that had one month one time tech support  use for 19.95 and gave them all my information to use it. They said I would receive a email to give me information on  how to use it. That  was 2 days ago and no e-mail. I have to keep a look on my credit card I gave them to see if  that charge comes out.   I just wanted  to say that HP support is only for printers that might be new or pay big  bucks  to extend support but if you done fit into that range you have no support. They have there money  and  done want  any thing to do with you unless you just buy another printer. Well I am   done  in  the next few weeks I will get rid of  this door stop and buy a real printer. So good bye HP......................................

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
