Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had my printer operating with HP Smart for some time lately I am having a problem with the printer connecting using HP Smart from my HP Laptop. I am able to print and scan from my android phone without issue but when I try using HP Smart I cannot complete the setup process. I removed the HP Smart a couple of times but no joy. I tried to sign in but all I get is waiting to connect. When I tried to make a new account I get an error to try later because HP Cloud is unstable. I am able to print from my laptop using HP OfficeJet 4650 series program which is wireless connected. I tried to scan from my desk top but i get a message that HP Smart does not subport scans'

Hello All

 

I just got an update for HP Smart on my Windows 10 64 bit HP Laptop, I still have connection problems. I am able to use my desktop also a Windows 10 64 bit computer to scan and print wirelessly using HP Smart. which got the same update yesterday.. I can print from my Laptop computer when I am in other programs viva the Wi-Fi connection. I am still waiting for my Laptop to complete the cloud connection, it's still waiting after at least 30 minutes..
