Hi @Kaalicharan,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you need to factory reset your HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e All-In-One printer but have forgotten the user ID and password, you can usually perform a factory reset directly from the printer's control panel. Here’s how you can try to do it.
Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is powered on.
Access the Control Panel: Go to the printer's touchscreen control panel.
Navigate to Settings: Tap on the "Setup" or "Settings" icon (it might look like a gear).
Find the Factory Reset Option:
- Go to "Printer Maintenance" or "Tools".
- Look for an option like "Restore Defaults", "Factory Reset", or "Reset".
Confirm the Reset: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm and complete the factory reset. This will erase all settings and return the printer to its original factory settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
