I can print a test page from HP Smart and it works fine from another computer. But when I then want to print from my PC and from Windows 10 64 bit then it says the printer is in error mode, or error in printing. I have tried deleting Hp Smart and retrieving it without any help. It's just like it does not finish installing my printer. mvh Erik
