Printer - Tray and Paper

As you do each time you change the paper in the printer,

Update / Adjust the Paper Size / Type in the printer -- Tray and Paper

Reminder

If the paper size / type you want is not available in the list, look for and (if available) set Paper Size to "Custom"

Step 6 on Page 18

Change or retain the paper settings on the control panel. Make sure the settings match the paper type and
size loaded.

OR

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure

Next (as available)

Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default options / tray

NOTE - For those reading - Printers that support more than one tray generally limit the paper sizes / types in at least one of the trays - Use the tray settings appropriate for your printer model.
