Hi @Chris_Beck,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Are you referring to which network to connect to? If yes connect your printer and your device to 2.4gh from your wifi list device you are trying to use.

If something else, kindly elaborate on the issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi, I have a 2630 but I ssume this is very similar. I have changed my home hub and now need to rchange my printer to the new WiFi. I've tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor and successfully connected via a USB but then it said that my printer doesn't support WiFi which of course it actually does. Basically I need my printer to connect to the new WiFi??????

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand that you are I’d like to help!

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?

Meanwhile, follow the steps from this document here
