I've changed my WiFi provider and router. My wireless printer is HP Laser Jet MFP M234dw. All devices except my printer have configured to new router. The printer network test report shows my printer cannot find my wireless router. How do I check my printer's SSID matches that of my new router? Assuming they don't match, how do I run the wireless network set to configure my printer?
Thanks

Hi,
The Wireless Network Test includes within its bottom Configuration Summary section the SSID name configured for the printer:
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c06675122
If the SSID is not the current one, follow below steps to restore setup mode for your wifi printer (M232-M237 printers):
https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/ish_3967769-3956733-16
Once restored, open HP Smart from any device wirelessly connected to your home Wi-Fi (mobile or computer) and click the plus sign, then click Setup and add a new printer to configure its wireless connection.
