Message on Printer display says “ Update found. Downloading..” if I push the cancel button it read “cancelling” for a few seconds and then pops back into the “Update found. Downloading..” screen.
it has been doing this for more than two hours. My wifi download speeds are around 48Mbps and ping 13.

It should ideally not take 2 hours to download and install the printer firmware. However, it depends on the internet speed too.
If the printer is still stuck on the same screen, restart the printer and check if that helps.
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
