Common problems for Connectivity Issues

In the Mac wifi settings the Envy printer is one of them. I can click on it per the screenshots but it won't print anything. Just has a purple light.

Hi Chuck,

 

Now that the WiFi is turned on, let's do a reset wireless again and then use the HP Smart to setup and connect printer to the network,

 

1/ Reset wireless

HP Envy 6000 | 6400 Printer series:

2/ Remove HP Envy 6000 from the HP Smart and then "Add printer"  to the network.
