I have an issue with my fax/printer showing the error "HP instant ink problem cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information." I tried to troubleshoot the hardware, but it still doesn't work. Would like to try on factory reset in case it was tied to some owner if it will help me to remove the error.
