@mnorhadi76, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you're facing with your HP DeskJet 3630 printer. I understand how frustrating it can be when the printer fails to reconnect to Wi-Fi, especially after switching networks. Let’s work together to get it back online.

Reset the Printer’s Network Settings

To clear any old Wi-Fi settings:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer at the same time for about 5 seconds.
  • This will restore the printer’s network settings to default.

Reconnect Using HP Smart App

Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your phone or PC:

Then:

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Tap “+” to add a printer.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
    • Ensure your phone/PC is connected to the same Wi-Fi you want the printer to use.
    • If prompted, allow location and Bluetooth access to help the app find the printer.

Use Wi-Fi Direct (Optional Workaround)

If Wi-Fi setup fails, you can still print using Wi-Fi Direct:

  • On the printer, press the Wi-Fi Direct button (or Wireless + Information button together).
  • Connect your device to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct network (e.g., HP-Print-xx-DeskJet 3630).
  • Then print directly without needing a router.

Reinstall the Printer (if needed)

If the printer still shows as unavailable:

  • Remove the printer from HP Smart.
  • Uninstall any old drivers/software.
  • Reinstall using the full driver package: Official HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
