Hi @Spirit1549,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to unlock the features of your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:

Access Printer Settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the Setup menu. This is usually represented by a gear icon or similar settings icon.

Navigate to Security Settings:

  • Look for an option related to Security or Device Security.

Unlock Features:

  • Within the security settings, you should find an option to unlock or manage locked features. This might be labeled as Lock Settings, Feature Lock, or similar.

Enter PIN/Password:

  • If a PIN or password was set to lock the features, you’ll need to enter it to unlock them. If you don’t remember it, you may need to perform a factory reset on the printer to remove the lock, but this will also reset other settings.

Factory Reset (if necessary):

  • If you cannot remember the PIN/password, go to the Setup menu and look for an option to Restore Factory Defaults or Reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the printer.

After unlocking, make sure to reconfigure any necessary settings that were reset. If you continue to have trouble, you might need to consult the printer’s user manual

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
