Hi @Magill8383,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Access the Printer's Control Panel: Turn on your HP OfficeJet 4650 and ensure that it's on the home screen.
Navigate to Network Settings:
- Tap the wireless icon on the control panel.
- Access the wireless settings menu.
Select Wi-Fi Setup:
- Find and select the "Wireless Setup Wizard" option. This will scan for available wireless networks.
Choose Your Network:
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
Enter the New Wi-Fi Password:
- When prompted to enter the password, use the on-screen keyboard.
- Look for the special characters option (often represented by a symbol like *!? on the keyboard interface). Tap it to switch to characters like the exclamation point !.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password with the exclamation point and any other required characters.
Save and Connect:
- Press OK or Done after entering the password.
- The printer will attempt to connect to your Wi-Fi network using the new password.
I hope this helps.
