First thing I do not remember even creating a user name and password. 2nd if I did I would not have locked it so I may have been hacked. Now I have moved and need to get a new wifi connection. The printer keeps saying that option is LOCKED. It asks me for user name/password to unlock I don't have that info. Again, it won't even let me do reset of factory settings.

Hi @docloan1,
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer is locked with admin username and password.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
