HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

My printer is a HP Office Jet Pro 8600 N911g.

we were having trouble with our internet and after we got it working our printer wouldn’t recognize the Wi-Fi.

the wireless network test results stated that the MAC address filtering was enabled. It said that we needed to add the MAC address to the printer.  I don’t know how to do that.  Any suggestions???

Please print a Network Configuration Page and you will see the Mac Address in the Report

 

Follow these steps to print a network configuration page from the product control panel.

Load plain, white paper in the product input tray.

On the product control panel, touch the Right Arrow (), and then touch Setup. The setup menu displays.

Touch the Down Arrow (), and then touch Reports.

Touch Network Configuration Page. The product prints a network configuration page.

The network configuration page that prints might look different than the one in the example.
