Hello sir/ma'am I'm having a problem with my HP smart printing app and I need to print some of my office documents immediately. It is very urgent but whenever I try to open the app it says "We're sorry, something went wrong. We couldn't load HP Smart right now. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please retry or exit HP Smart and try again later." I tried it about 100 times from yesterday I've been trying, please help me..

To which device is your Printer connected to?
Did you uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try? Does the HP Smart App work well on any other device?
