I am trying to scan a document to my chromebook but everytime I type in the IP address it keeps saying "IP ####### took too long to respond" and I have no idea what's going on as this has never happened before. My broadband signal says strong on my chromebook. Can anyone help me to fix this?

Hi,
On the printer screen, please tap the Wireless icon and then the gear icon.
Select Print Reports and print a Wireless Test Report.
May you see any attention in the header of the printed report?
Also, try restarting the printer and check for any change, if the same persists restart the router too, only when the internet connection resume, restart the printer too, and check for any change.
