Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an inkjetpro 8610 and all of the sudden it randomly started light printing the edge of random things on pages. I have tried using the cleaning cycle under tools to the 2nd step but still nothing seems changed. I don't want to waste my ink or time doing it the 3rd part of the cycle of ot isn't going to fix the issue. Any advice or help will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
