Office Jet Pro 8720 could not be connected to Internet to allow HP to check my printer ink. While on HP Chat I somehow got to PC MAC WIN. Do they have a contract with HP. They fixed the issue and wanted $199 and was going to sell me protection. Too many "tens" would up calling due to dropped calls. The Last "TEC" didn't know what company he was calling for.

Do not allow these people PC Mac Win access to your computer. They will hold your device hostage planting who knows what on your computer and recording your voice for later use. Everything about this company is sketchy. Do not use the chat on HP’s website because somehow they transfer you to them and the next thing you know you have allowed hackers into your system and they will not log out of your computer without paying ransom. They are very forceful and over talk you when you tell them you do not want their services and want them to log out of your computer. You can even turn the computer off to terminate the connection. It is very scary. Don’t do it!
