Is there a way to change the paper tray selection from the computer without having to go to printer to  change the paper tray default?

Hi @Charpo19z ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The ability to change the paper tray selection from your computer depends on the printer's software and driver capabilities. In the case of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-In-One Printer, you typically have the option to choose the paper tray from your computer when you send a print job.

Here are steps you can follow to change the paper tray selection on a Windows computer:

Open the document you want to print.

Select "File" from the menu, then choose "Print."

In the Print dialog box, look for a section that allows you to choose the printer. Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e.

Below or near the printer selection, you should see an option for "Properties" or "Printer Properties." Click on it.

In the Properties window, look for a tab or option related to paper settings or paper source. Here, you should be able to choose the paper tray you want to use.

Make your desired paper tray selection and click "OK" or "Apply" to save the changes.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
