Bought a printer it’s awful, it doesn’t connect properly, it takes over an hour to print something, it has to rest for 10 mins between printing pages, sometimes it goes into sleep mode between printing. I have 2 printers. This was supposed to replace my old printer, I’ve had to go back to my old printer and forcing individual pages in order to be printed. Hp have given me a case number
how long does it take for them to sort it out, ? never again will I get a printer direct from hp at least with argos I can take it back.
