Why am I unable to LOGIN to my settings on my computer after "enabling" all WIFI settings (as this seemed to be the only way to get my WIFI to work). I had the password when I changed the settings, but now that WIFI is working I can no longer change the settings. There is no window in HP Utility that allows me to Log back in. Logging onto the Printer itself did not work as the Printer thinks I do not have the correct password...And I just used that same password to setup my WIFI. I don't know how you all at HP could think this is beneficial to the user. This is a major problem to have to login to the printer every time I want to change printer trays.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Could you please share the picture of the wifi settings?
Check with your Internet service provider if your router is able to forward 'Bonjour packets'. Bonjour locates devices such as printers, other computers, and the services that those devices offer on a local network using multicast Domain Name System (mDNS) service records. The software comes built-in with Apple's macOS and iOS operating systems.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for posting back.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
