Not sure how this is supposed to help since does not tell me which button to press and hold. Also, what document are you refering to?
Please follow the steps below to complete the reset on your printer: Step 1: With the device off, depress and hold the button. Step 2: Power on the device and hold button for 20 seconds. When the ready led turns on, release the button. Step 3: When the NVRAM init has been completed, the device will return to the ready state. Follow the steps in this document to configure the printer on your new router. Keep me posted.

@CB2000, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps!

Hi.
Press the Wireless button for 20 seconds, till the Attention light starts blinking.
Once the printer restarts, follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' to reconnect the printer to the network:
