I finally purchased a cheap USB cable and connected directly to the printer.  After that, it was a snap.  One of the setup selections was to reconfigure the wifi connection. 

 

Do yourself  a favor.  Buy a cable and save yourself some frustration.

We have the same issue, recently changed wifi provider but the printer is still trying to remember the old one and won't connect to the new wifi provider we have.

 

Can we have help on how to force it to forget the old wifi and connect to the new one?

Omg, you have been the most helpful. I've been trying to figure this out for hours. The manuel does not show how to reset it back to factory. You are a genius! Thank you!

I've requested help with the same issue as well - please kindly send me the guidance. It is very inconvenient to plug the printer with the USB cable every time I want to print something.
