I am unable to connect to new wifi networ even though I followed all the process mentioned in the hp support website. Can you please let me know how to connect or factory reset my printer

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a network reset on the printer and connect the printer to the new router again.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
