HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is offline and I cannot access anything (!) on my printer as my control panel is locked and I have no idea what the username or password is to unlock the control panel. Several suggestions include turning the printer off and holding various buttons to reset. My printer is a screen. Nothing shows up to hold when the power is off. Please advise!!!
