Every since my cable company sent me a new router, my wireless printer continually shows as offline when I attempt to print. My wireless network test results said that "more than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID)"-and "To avoid this, change your wireless network name (SSID) to be unique." What are the steps I need to take (please--I'm old, not tech savvy, and need specific instructions!) to change the wireless network name (SSID)?
