My Printer won't fine my internet

Occasionally the printer is actually connected, but the PC cannot find it.  This usually happens on a flex network.

An HP Officejet Pro 7740 printer supports 2.4GHz wireless operations only, it does not support dual-band wireless or a 5GHz band.

Please contact your ISP and make sure that 2.4GHz wireless networking is enabled with a unique SSID and not an identical one to the 5GHz band, then connect the printer to the 2.4GHz wireless.

Try resetting, there appear to be two ways and a third is secret it seems.

I think this is the secret menu reset.

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
