Hi, i use a 2017 Toshiba Chromebook which i have used to print from my HP LaserJet Pro M102w, however, lately, i just keep dropping off. Moreover i get a message that cloud printing will not be supported after Dec 31st. First of all i'd like to factory reset my printer so i can reconnect to it. Please could you send me the relevant instructions for my printer.

Hello,

This is a kind of a final call to ask for a reset. My M102w Printer is one-year-old and does not work,

I really need a reset.

How can you help me.

Thank You.

Peter

Hello

The issue most likely is you change router and that router is giving different IP address i.e 192.168.X.X.

OPTION 1

1. Found out IP address for your printer here is how (https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05204349)

2. Once you know the IP address connect to it via browser and change to your wifi, once it can connect to new wifi it should give a proper IP address

3. I would also delete OLD drviers and re-install new driver

Option 2

1. Delete driver from add remove programs, reboot and install new driver and application and see if that picks up the printer.

I suspect Option 1 will be better but requires more patience.

Good luck
