There is no reset for this Printer, unfortunately.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

@Betty0610
I have an HP LaserJet Pro M102w. I changed routers and the printer isn't able to connect to the new one -- the configuration report's "Network Summary" page lists the right SSID, but the Status is listed as "Not Connected". I've tried the HP Easy Start and HP Smart software on Windows, and hp-setup on Linux. Easy Start just plain doesn't see my wireless network, Smart gets stuck on "Getting Printer Address", and the Linux setup program (when I run it from a terminal so I can see the debug output) repeatedly gets stuck on "GET /IoMgmt/Adapters/wifi0/WifiNetworks HTTP/1.1".
I have spent literally HOURS trying to get this to work. (It prints via USB but that's a pain, but it (a.) worked with the old router and (b.) this SHOULD work.) I feel like a true factory reset could at least clear out all the old settings and let me start fresh; I tried the two-button thing but it didn't wipe all the settings. I am at my wits end here.
Please send me instructions on how to do a true memory wipe.
