Product: HP Smart Tank 7305 All-in-One

Hi, I cannot connect my Smart Tank 7305 printer to my WiFi network. I tried using the HP Smart software but it does not see the printer. I printed all the Network Configuration pages and I cannot see an IP address for the printer. I also tried connecting using an app on my mobile phone but it does not find the printer. I printed out a Network Configuration Page and it says "Networking Capabilities are Not Available" You cannot use the device's built in networking capabilities because these capabilities were disabled when the device was setup. I have also tried a Factory Reset of the printer but I still cannot connect. Any suggestions ?
