My hp office jet pro 9010 is not identified on my network - it says the radio is turned off - but it was working yesterday.

Hi @Darlene8720,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand the wireless radio on the printer is off.

Try and turn on the wireless feature from the printer control panel-

From the printer control panel,

1. touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch (Wireless).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Settings

4. turn wireless on

5. run the wireless setup wizard to connect to a network.

If the issue persists, we can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@averyasher,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an error message "Use Ethernet cable" on your HP Officejet 9010 printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a SemiFull reset and the reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
