Please help me as well.  I've posted twice the past few weeks looking to reset the printer.  Having the same issue as everyone else with no option to connect to WiFi.  Please send me reset information as well.

Periodically our OfficeJet Pro 8020 series will disconnect from the Wi-Fi forcing us to restart the printer.  It takes a long time for this printer to power off.  I mean like 2 minutes of waiting.  Then you need to wait for restart.  How can I prevent it from disconnecting?  I have a Nighthawk (Netgear) router.

I have the same issue. What is the process to have a reset performed on my printer as well? It is an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series (Model 9015)

I have an HP87125C and it won't connect to the wireless today.  It sees the access point but ends up with the 169.254.x.x address.

Would a reset help perhaps?

I have a similar issue. I don't see anything saying the Wi-Fi radio is off, but it clearly is off and the printer will therefore only work if I connect the Ethernet cable and I am presented with no options to connect to Wi-Fi. Not sure why this is happening now as it had worked fine for a while (except that periodically it would disconnect from the wireless network for no reason).
