Hi @Jesy91,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
  • Wait approximately 10-15 minutes to ensure any residual power in the printer is dissipated.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and plug it back into a wall outlet.
  • Attempt to power on the printer again to see if the screen responds.

Check Electrical Connections:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the electrical outlet.
  • Try connecting the printer to a different power outlet to rule out any issues with the outlet itself.

Use a Different Power Adapter:

  • If available, try using a different HP-compatible power adapter and cord to ensure that the problem is not related to a faulty adapter.

Remove Any Connected USB or Network Cables:

  • Unplug any USB or network cables that might be connected to the printer and restart it. Sometimes external connectivity can cause freezing.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Inspect the printer for any signs of physical damage or obstructions that might be affecting its operations.
