Hello all, I am needing to do a factory reset on my printer as I am locked out of the admin area when browsing into the printer.  The password, seems to have become corrupted?  It's happened before and before I reset this time I want to prepare so I can avoid the issue I ran into last time which was that it wouldn't register or print as it was locked to instant ink and I couldn't remove it from instant ink side of things as it had been reset and lost its connection.  I was pretty stuck between a rock and a hard place.  Trying to get support to help proved to be a multi-day marathon of phone calls and begging and praying...

 

Can anyone help with some suggestions and tips?
