Product: HP Envy 4520

Printer connected wireless and have no problem printing but will not allow me to use Printables.  What am I missing?

HP Printables and the HP Printables mobile app retired on October 31, 2016. When HP Printables retired, they were automatically removed from your printer control panel, and all scheduled printables stopped printing.

 

HP Printer Apps are still supported on printers with touchscreen control panels. Printer Apps might include: HP Quick Forms, Google Drive, HP Scan to Email, and Dropbox. Printer app availability varies by country/region and your printer model. If an HP Printer App is removed from your touchscreen printer control panel, it has been retired due to low customer interest/use, or other factors.

Go to HP Printables and HP Printables Mobile App Retirement for more information.

Thank you Kumar.  Your information explained my problem with Printables.  I have now played a bit more with the printer and have found what I was looking for in another area.
