We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end,  I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.

Please reach out to the HP Support team(contact info can be found on the home page) in your region for further assistance.

Hope this helps!

After the factory reset, webservices seems to be working okay.  It has been a few days and i can still connect.

Thanks!!!

What did you have to do for the factory reset?

HP Recommended

i received instructions from HP but you can go under printer maintenance and select restore.

Can you send me the website you used to find the maintenance/restore?  Thanks,

Does your printer have the LCD screen?  You can access settings form there and it is under printer maintenance.

Yes I see it.  Did you hit restore settings or restore factory defaults?

HP Recommended

I did factory default.  Then re-enabled webservices.  Hope if works for you.

I tried resetting the printer. In my case it didn't help. I can print, but scanner is not working (only with HP smart app, with microsoft app it's working)

Same here except now my printer says it cannot connect to the server. I’ve turned on and off and done factory reset etc to no avail. I’m frustrated…
