@Keith3100, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Wireless Connection Issues with Your Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It seems like your HP printer is facing connectivity issues with the internet, which is preventing successful printing requests from your tablet and phone. Here’s a step-by-step troubleshooting guide to help resolve these issues:

Step 1: Check Wireless Network Connection

  • Ensure that your printer's Wi-Fi light is on and steady. If it's blinking, this may indicate connectivity issues.
  • Re-run the wireless test report to verify the connection status.
    1. On the printer's control panel, touch the Home button.
    2. Navigate to "Wireless" and then "Settings."
    3. Select "Print Wireless Test Report." This report will help identify any issues.

Step 2: Verify Internet Connection

  • Make sure your wireless network is providing a stable internet connection. Check other devices connected to the same network to verify they have internet access.

Step 3: Restart Network Devices

  • Power off your router and printer for at least 10 seconds, then turn them back on. Sometimes, restarting the devices can resolve temporary communication issues.
  • If restarting doesn’t work, try turning off additional devices connected to the network, including your tablet and phone, and then restart all devices in the following order: router, printer, and then your tablet and phone.

Step 4: Reconfigure Wireless Network

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the right wireless network if multiple networks exist in your area.
  • Use the printer control panel to reconnect the printer using the "Wireless Setup Wizard." This can be accessed via the Home screen under Wireless settings.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
