Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have a deskjet 4100 all-in-one. Everything was working fine and now none of my devises can communicate with the printer.  It's not my router as everything else connected to it is working.  I've tried all of the suggested remedies and it is still not working or coming "online".  I noticed the URL has changed and have attempted to change it back to the original, however, since the printer shows "offline" I cannot access any information.  Super frustrating as this happened to my other printer (HP) also.  Pretty much done with HP products.

Hello,

I think you might be encountering a compatibility issue with some models of router provided by CenturyLink.  Can you confirm if your router is a C4000 CenturyLink model?  If so, there is a solution in this thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/Firmware-up-to-support-CenturyLin...

If it is yuor modem that give the printer an ip addres via DHPC log on to the modem and check if a ip adress is assigned to the printer.

Then test if your printer is to approach via that ip addres.

if so use that ip addres to setup the printer on your pc.
