Common problems for Connectivity Issues

The first time I set up my printer, everything was fine. It actually did its job. The one and only time it has done so. Since then, I have started using an ethernet cable for my PC , but i still have Wi-fi. The printer no longer connects to the internet. Dealing with HP has been an exhausting circle of " check the startup manual" "press these buttons for info"(it just prints the same page with the same info no matter what)"Run the print doctor"(which now asks for a password when it didn't when I ran it just a few weeks ago) . Nothing I do works, and all the instructions they give me are south of useless. literal garbage. I even tried connecting to the Wi-Fi direct, but there is no internet :D. All of the diagnostics I run all just say "your device if offline" There is not even a usb port. I hate this printer and I hate HP. I even had trouble finding a number to call, I couldnt find it anywhere on their website, I has to trust google. 

I would appreciate any help a real human could give.

Update, it printed one page, then decided not to anymore.

I had put it in wifi set-up mode, and then I think it connected, but for whatever reason, on my HP smart, it wont let me complete setup because the printer is registered to another account...which is me. Im thinking I might have to purge this printer and then redownload everything and treat it like its new, but, hear me out, if that is the only way to get this printer to work, it is a **bleep**ty product. I am never buying from HP again.
